Our delivery partners are DPD and DHL.

In general the following applies:

Ordered by 14.00h on workdays - shipped the same day.

Due to the variety of date stamps we do not have all models in stock, therefore production time can take up to 2-3 working days. We kindly ask for your understanding. Our assortment of date stamps includes the date formats German, French, Italian, English, Dutch and ISO.

For larger ordering quantities delivery times can also increase to 2-3 working days. Should a longer production time occur, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible.

Our shipping takes place with the selected shipping option with Track and Trace delivery. Please note that the delivery time can be up to 2-4 working days (Express 1-3 working days) .

For logistical reasons, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

We attach great importance on professional packaging to ensure that your order arrives intact. Please check the delivered products immediately upon receipt for completeness and any possible damage.

If transport damage has occurred, please proceed as follows:

1. Documentation: Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
2. Include the delivery note: Take a photo of the complete delivery note.
3. Contact us: Send us an email with the images and a brief description of the damage.

According to our terms and conditions, defects must be reported within one week of receiving the goods. Unfortunately, later complaints cannot be considered.
